Shipping
Prints are shipped in strong cardboard tubes.

Normal shipping methods are as follows:
Netherlands - First Class mail
Europe - Airmail
Rest of World - Airmail or Courier

Gift Service:
We can send the recipient of your gift an unpriced receipt with a message from you. Please contact us.

Refunds:
If for any reason you are not happy with your print, we will refund the purchase price in full upon return of the undamaged print. You must contact us first, within 2 weeks of our date of despatch. Postage and packing cannot be refunded, unless the item was delivered damaged. Please, if possible, do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged.

We accept payment by Paypal

European Union VAT (SALES TAX):
Please note that for deliveries to the countries of the European Union we are obliged to charge Dutch VAT (Value Added Tax) at 19 %, UNLESS the paying customer has a valid VAT number in an EU country other than the Netherlands.
Our prices in Euros exclude this VAT.
For deliveries outside the European Union, no VAT/Sales Tax is charged by us, but please note that it is your responsibility to pay and settle any local customs duty or GST/VAT (General Sales Tax or Value added Tax - the name in your country may vary) that may be payable on imports to your country or state.

Your Heritage Editions order will be shipped within four to six business days. Our customers receive order and shipping confirmation by e-mail. As well as a link to FedEx, so that you can stay up-to-date and track your shipped order. On behalf of Heritage Editions, FedEx requires your signature to confirm receipt of delivery.

An important thing to keep in mind - We ship to street addresses only. We do not under any circumstances ship to P.O. Boxes.

Container

In most cases, we will send your print carefully rolled up in a container. We can choose from three tube widths, depending on the size and the weight of the archival paper.
