Terms And Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between yourself and heritgaeeditions.nl or heritage-editions.nl (Art in Limited Editions bv)
2. An additional VAT (19%) is payable by customers residing in the EU, unless they can provide a VAT registration number.
3. Heritage Editions cannot accept your order until you have paid for the amount quoted on the Invoice in full including delivery/shipping costs. The contract between us will not be legally binding until you have paid for the order in full.
4. The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase if the distance contract has not been completed within thirty days calculated from the day on which the buyer placed his order with the seller.
5. If it is not possible to fulfil the contract because the product purchased is unavailable, you will be informed as soon as possible and you have the right to a full refund of the amount you paid to Heritage Editions. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days of the notification.
