  • Shipping & Delivery

    Your Heritage Prints order will be shipped within two to six business days. You will receive an order confirmation, payment confirmation and shipping confirmation by e-mail. The shipping information contains a link to FedEx with a FedEx tracking number, so that you can track your order. On behalf of Heritage Prints, FedEx requires your signature to confirm receipt of delivery. We will send you your print carefully rolled up in a carton tube box.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We want you to be completely satisfied with every Heritage Prints purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations please return the print(s) within 15 days of receipt for a complete refund. Postage and packing cannot be refunded, unless the item was delivered damaged. Please, if possible, do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged.   • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We accept payment by Paypal, bank transfer and credit card. For larger orders payments in installments are possible. Please contact us should you wish to receive more information on this.
